From Idea Capture to Delivery, Seamlessly

Creative Production Suite (CPS) was built for the producers who live on frantic timelines. MONTADECS partnered with LAB Innovation to design a platform that listens, learns, and eliminates the tedium surrounding collaborative music creation. We interviewed 42 producer pods across Seoul, Berlin, and Los Angeles to map every misalignment—duplicate stems, lost recall notes, mislabelled assets—that slowed momentum.

The resulting architecture pairs neural stem classification with a decision engine that recommends mix approaches based on genre, emotional intent, and target platform. CPS pre-configures DAW sessions, assigns outboard gear, and pings assistants when hardware warm-up cycles should start. Producers enter the studio with creative choices ready instead of scrambling for patch cables.

Human Oversight by Design

We deliberately engineered explainability. Every automated suggestion expands into a digestible rationale referencing reference tracks, historical client feedback, and psychoacoustic markers. Producers can accept, tweak, or reject with a single gesture, training the system through reinforcement loops that stay under their control. Versioning is non-linear, meaning collaborators across time zones can branch explorations without overwriting each other.

Security and compliance were non-negotiable. Content is encrypted per client, audit trails log every export, and automated delivery profiles ensure stems land on DSPs, games, or broadcast networks in the correct loudness and file format. Since launch, CPS has processed over 11,000 cues, shaving an average of 2.7 hours off prep per session and giving producers back the emotional headspace they needed to make bold choices.

A vibrant support ecosystem surrounds the platform. Weekly office hours pair producers with MONTADECS solution architects, while an in-app knowledge base curates best practices from the community. Feature requests are prioritised based on creative impact, ensuring the roadmap always serves the people making art rather than chasing vanity metrics.
